Our Story

Bantam Solutions was founded by Baset Chaudhry with a single mission to help founders and businesses reach their full potential. His journey from the squash courts to Wall Street and then as an operator has shaped the foundation of our company, which is built on resilience, adaptability, and a relentless drive to outperform.

His career began with successes on the squash court, where his competitive spirit and commitment to excellence earned him the recognition. He won the prestigious British Under-19 Squash Championship and was ranked Top 60 in the World before getting recruited to Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where he was Captain of the undefeated Trinity Squash dynasty and ranked #1 in the USA for all four years.

Baset’s drive didn’t stop there — it led him to the world of finance. He worked at some of the top-tier firms in New York: starting off his career in investment banking at Barclays, followed by equity research at Morgan Stanley and private equity at GF Capital. He later went the operator route as the CFO of Bykea, leading on-demand platform in Pakistan, where he was instrumental in growing the business and turning it profitable.

His experience of building high performing accounting, finance and data teams led him to launch Bantam Solutions with a single vision: to bring world-class expertise and solutions in a cost-effective manner. We’re dedicated to help founders and businesses to reach next level and take pride in our tailored solutions and quality of work equivalent to Wall Street standards.
